FRIDERIKA - Gospel
(2003)
The singer's sixth new album "Friderika Gospel" has been released,
which is the newest solo gospel album in Hungary. This is a popular style
of music, which became widespread and famous all over the world through
black singers wearing long dresses. In other context, gospel means good
news, that Christ became a human being, Jesus of Nazareth to pay the price
for the freedom of people. He died on the cross for this reason but He
has risen from the death and has proclaimed that there is life after death
which lasts forever. Friderika believes in this and that's why she gave
the title "Friderika Gospel" to her new album. This record is
about the same wonderful thing in a different "colour" which
changed the singer's life too. Believing that Jesus loves me, I don't
have to be afraid of death, passing away and failure. I let God change
my destiny. I'm happy to sing about this amazing living person, about
God who can't be compared to anyone or anything. And there isn't enough
song to thank Him what he has done and praise Him for everything.
